Senior Skip Day events presented by Humana

Research shows that spending time in nature can help to improve your health, and national parks provide great opportunities to get active and stay fit outdoors. Join us at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or Biscayne National Park to celebrate Senior Skip Day and participate in free activities to kick off the National Park Service’s 100th anniversary. Can’t make it to either of these locations? Celebrate Senior Skip Day at a participating park location near you.
